I knocked on her door to ask about her fence, without hesitation she offered that i come inher house and gave me extensive details about her builder. In that 15min conversation i mentioned that i was selling my rental property and she then stated that she was in fact a realator. I did no research on her i went with my gut and said "hey if you are available lets do it" It was her bubbly personality her knowledge of the area and her quick follow-up that gave me all the confidence i needed that she was the right person. She is extremely professional following up text conversations with detailed emails. Keeping me updated with each steps also letting me know if other situationed were interrupting the flow of things. If your questioning yourself about if you should or should'nt work with her i will say DEFINITELY move forward her ASAP as you can tell this is her passion not her job. And to have someone that is truly passionate about what they do means a lot.
